In the process of forming your plan of care, you get to choose where we focus based on your interest and need. The practice couldn't possibly be more bespoke.
Please note: Our first session is a 75-minutes, conversational assessment that helps me, your facilitator, develop your plan of care for our future sessions together. It is key to know where we will should lean in practice to bring balance. Sessions after the initial assessment will be 60-minutes.
