Mind Your Health Wellness
Leah Reynolds knows what it feels like when your body stops feeling like your own. After her stage II breast cancer diagnosis, she quickly learned that real healing takes more than generic advice — it takes understanding how your body actually works. That experience became her turning point. Today, Leah helps people living with chronic illness, fatigue, and stubborn health challenges rebuild their strength through pers Today, Leah helps people living with chronic illness, fatigue, and stubborn health challenges rebuild their strength from the inside out through personalized nutrition, digestion support, and gentle mind-body work. Her approach is practical and bio-individual — not trendy or extreme. Using body typing and functional nutrition, she helps clients understand how they uniquely process food and nutrients so they can stop guessing and start feeling better. Because stress and stored emotions impact healing too, she also integrates nervous system support tools like EFT and Matrix Reimprinting to help the body shift out of survival mode and into recovery. Clients describe Leah as grounded, compassionate, and refreshingly straightforward — someone who simplifies the overwhelm and offers clear, realistic steps forward.

A cancer or chronic illness diagnosis can affect far more than the physical body. It can disrupt the nervous system, heighten emotional stress, and reduce a sense of safety. Even long after treatment or major life events, stress responses may remain activated, leaving individuals feeling tense, exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. This session is designed to gently calm those stress patterns and support a return to a steadier, more regulated state 💛
How This Session Works
Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, and Matrix Reimprinting, this approach combines focused awareness with light tapping on acupressure points to help reduce emotional and physical stress responses. The process supports the brain and body in processing stored stress, updating old patterns, and building a greater sense of safety and resilience.
Sessions are structured, collaborative, and paced to feel grounded and manageable.
• Personalized focus Identify current stressors or emotional triggers that may be contributing to emotional or physical tension.
• Real-time awareness Measure intensity levels and track shifts throughout the session to support regulation and clarity.
• Guided tapping sequences Use EFT tapping techniques to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress activation.
• Pattern exploration Work with specific memories or recurring patterns that may be connected to symptoms or emotional responses.
• Supportive reframing Introduce gentle perspective shifts that encourage resilience and a renewed sense of safety.
• Practical self-use tools Learn simple techniques that can be practiced independently between sessions.
You do not need to relive or retell difficult experiences in detail. The work is gentle, body-aware, and paced with care.
Offered by a certified EFT Practitioner and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner with lived experience navigating cancer recovery, this approach blends professional training with a calm, grounded presence so the process feels safe, respectful, and empowering.
