The RTS program consists of 10 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, for a total of 15 hours. This structured format is divided into two key segments to optimize results:
- Breakthrough Day:
- On this pivotal day, we dedicate 7.5 uninterrupted hours (5 sessions) to deep, intensive work. This marathon session allows us to address the root causes of trauma and create a foundation for recovery. The sustained focus of Breakthrough Day provides unparalleled momentum, helping to unlock and resolve mental and emotional patterns that perpetuate trauma.
- Follow-Up Sessions:
- The remaining five sessions are strategically scheduled to reinforce and sustain the progress made during Breakthrough Day. For best results, these are often arranged in blocks of two sessions (back-to-back) to maintain focus and build on the breakthroughs achieved.
