Karen MacDonald is the founder of Wrapped in Love, an online store offering clothing and accessories for women with cancer that provide comfort, style, and dignity—from treatment through recovery. Inspired by her mother’s cancer journey, Karen designed a beautiful shoulder wrap to go over her mom’s hospital gown and witnessed how it lifted her mom’s spirit despite her illness. That moment sparked the creation of Wrapped in Love, now celebrating 10 years in business. Karen is passionate about helping others feel beautiful and confident regardless of their diagnosis, and her designs are thoughtfully created with input from cancer patients, survivors, oncologists, and nurse navigators. The collection includes headwear for hair loss, chemo port-accessible clothing, camisoles and nightwear with drain pockets, PICC line sleeves, and more. All items are proudly made with love in the USA, reflecting Karen’s unwavering commitment to quality, compassion, and the women she serves.
