New Hampshire Life Force
Jason Lavallee is a divorced full-time father of two teenagers, ages 14 and 18. After over 20 years in the corporate world, Jason was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, which he attributes to years of unmanaged anxiety. Facing daily challenges, he chose a holistic approach, focusing on stress management, diet improvements, and anxiety reduction without pharmaceuticals. Working with a holistic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and connecting with a Reiki Master, Jason gained valuable insights and gradually felt better. Just two years after his diagnosis, he achieved clinical remission. Now passionate about energy healing, Jason is dedicated to sharing this gift with others, believing everyone has the potential for healing within - they just need the key to unlock it.

Step onto the mat and into a practice designed just for you. Private Yoga offers a fully customized experience, tailored to your unique body, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you're brand-new to yoga, healing from injury, managing a health condition, or looking to deepen an advanced practice, you will be met exactly where you are — and gently guided toward where you want to be. 🌿
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation, where we take time to understand your health history, physical abilities, specific goals, and areas needing extra support. From there, we co-create a personalized practice that evolves with you, adapting each class to your changing needs and celebrating each step of your growth. You’ll learn to move with greater awareness, protect your joints, enhance posture, and create more ease and resilience in everyday life.
How Private Yoga Can Help
💛 Lower stress and anxiety: Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.
🧘♀️ Improve physical health: Studies show that yoga enhances cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, and improves respiratory function.
🌸 Reduce chronic pain: Tailored practices can help ease persistent pain from conditions like arthritis, back injuries, or post-surgical recovery.
🌿 Support emotional wellbeing: Mindful movement and breathwork build emotional resilience, helping you manage grief, depression, and life transitions.
✨ Enhance sleep and focus: Yoga supports better sleep hygiene and improves mental clarity by calming the mind and regulating the body's rhythms.
What to Expect During Your Session
Each 1-hour session is uniquely designed based on your body’s needs and your evolving goals. Practices may include gentle stretching, strength-building sequences, restorative poses, mindful breathing (pranayama), meditation, and guided relaxation. Sessions are paced carefully to honor your comfort and energy level, with modifications always offered to support accessibility.
Beyond the Physical Practice
Private Yoga is more than exercise - it is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and build sustainable practices that nurture your whole being. Through breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness techniques, you’ll develop tools to manage stress, quiet the mind, and cultivate lasting inner peace — both on and off the mat.
