Peace of the Planet

Tracy Matteson Radack is a registered nurse who integrates Eastern and Western medicine into a holistic practice centered on addressing emotional roots of discomfort, whether manifesting as physical symptoms or emotional challenges. Tracy’s philosophy is that we are here to live our soul’s purpose, and she supports clients in uncovering this path. For those nearing end of life, she assists clients and families in achieving a sense of control as they transition, offering end-of-life planning, sacred death practices, and legacy work. Her practice emphasizes Shamanic healing, focusing on releasing blocked energy, addressing traumas, and removing obstacles through techniques like past life regression and soul retrievals. Tracy incorporates plant essences, essential oils, and sound healing, holding monthly sessions aligned with the new and full moons. Deeply grateful for this journey, she views her practice as a unique and meaningful gift.

Death is sad and it is hard — but it does not have to be as painful, isolated, or overwhelming as it often feels. With openness, curiosity, preparation, and holistic support, the experience of death can transform into something meaningful and deeply connective. Traditional hospice care beautifully embraces the needs of the mind and body, but often does not address the soul — not out of neglect, but because the tools for that work have been missing.

Sacred Death Care is a soul-based approach to death, dying, grief, and loss. It is the missing piece — a practice designed to help you meet death with reverence, presence, and heart.

A Sacred Death Care Guide (SDCG) works to replace fear with curiosity, isolation with support, and despair with deeper meaning. The work begins before death, continues through the last breath, and carries onward into the sacred time of grief and transformation. When death is done well, it has the power to create profound connection — a "village-making" moment that honors life, love, and legacy.

Each 90-minute session offers the spaciousness needed to slow down, connect deeply, and engage in this work with care and intention.

What to Expect in a Sacred Death Care Session

💛 Safe, non-judgmental space: I will lend you my lack of fear, listening openly to your most vulnerable thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

🌿 Support in facing reality: Together, we will honor what is real and true, so that you can move forward with clarity and strength.

✨ Gentle slowing down: I will help you slow the process, allowing you to move through grief with openness, dignity, and love.

🌀 Perspectives on the soul’s journey: I will share stories and teachings about the natural cycle of death, grief, and loss — offering new ways to see and experience the transition.

🌺 Ritual creation: We will work together to create meaningful rituals to mark and honor each stage of the dying process.

🦋 Healing through transformation: I will guide you through the sacred work of healing and finding your footing in the next chapter of life after loss.

🌸 Client-led intentions: Every session follows your lead — your pace, your needs — with compassionate support and new perspectives available whenever you seek them.
