end-of-life support matters

Offering

I understand that end-of-life planning can be difficult and emotional, which is why I offer this service to help ease the transition for you and your loved ones. Together, we will navigate this process thoughtfully and compassionately, ensuring your wishes are known, understood, and honored.

What Each 60-Minute Session Includes:

  • Life Plan Development: We will create a comprehensive life plan to outline your priorities, values, and wishes. This plan will identify the key people who will support you and highlight any professionals who may need to be consulted.
  • Document Review: I will help you identify and organize important documents needed to communicate your preferences, such as advance care directives, legal paperwork, or legacy notes.
  • Bereavement Plan Creation: Together, we will develop a bereavement plan that provides clarity and support for your loved ones, ensuring they have guidance during their grief and a way to honor your life.
  • Vigil Plan Development: If desired, I will work with you to design a vigil plan that reflects your beliefs, values, and traditions, creating a meaningful and comforting experience for you and your loved ones.
  • Non-Medical Post-Death Planning: We will outline your wishes for the care of your body and the details of your life celebration, including any rituals, gatherings, or legacy-based actions that hold meaning for you.

Why This Service Matters

End-of-life planning is an empowering act of love and care. By addressing these important details in advance, you provide your loved ones with guidance, clarity, and peace of mind during an otherwise challenging time. This thoughtful preparation ensures that your voice is heard, and your journey is honored with dignity and respect.

Each 60-minute session provides a safe space for open dialogue, reflection, and personalized planning. Let me guide you through this process with sensitivity and care, bringing calm and confidence to an emotional journey. Together, we will ensure your wishes are seen, heard, and carried out with grace.
