As a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I take a whole-person approach to nutrition—recognizing that food is deeply personal and that lasting change comes from building a plan that works with your life. You will meet one-on-one with me through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, where we co-create a plan that feels both realistic and empowering. You will never be handed a one-size-fits-all meal plan; instead, we’ll focus on sustainable changes that reflect your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
