Allison Goldsmith is a Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Cancer Exercise Specialist (Cancer Exercise Training Institute), and Older Adult Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine) who helps people of all ages and abilities move with purpose and confidence. She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Allison teaches barre, Pilates, yoga, strength training, stretch, and core classes, with a focus on making fitness safe, effective, accessible, and fun. As a cancer exercise specialist, she understands the unique needs of individuals navigating cancer treatment or recovery and tailors movement to support healing. Through personalized fitness, she has seen how movement can rebuild confidence, restore mobility, and support mental well-being. Whether it’s a simple stretch or a full workout, Allison believes movement is medicine—and that fitness is for everyone.
