Talking about death and dying can feel overwhelming—but avoiding these conversations often leads to confusion, regret, and unspoken wishes. Whether you are supporting a loved one through illness, anticipating future needs, or balancing caregiving with your own emotions, compassionate guidance can help you communicate more clearly, plan more intentionally, and feel more at peace.
This offering provides a supportive, judgment-free space for caregivers—whether you are caring for a cancer patient, thriver, or someone facing a terminal illness—to explore end-of-life preferences and difficult decisions with confidence and care.
This is a service created specifically for caregivers—to offer a dedicated space to talk about your own needs, brainstorm ideas, and receive the support you deserve. Caregivers are often the ones holding everything together. These sessions are designed to help you feel seen, heard, and supported in meaningful ways.
This is for you if you are:
- Preparing to discuss end-of-life wishes with family or close friends.
- Supporting someone facing a terminal illness and unsure how to approach difficult conversations.
- Struggling to find the right words when talking about death, legacy, or final arrangements.
- A caregiver or healthcare advocate who wants guidance on navigating sensitive discussions.
Each 60-minute session may include:
- One-on-one or family conversations to explore concerns, open lines of communication, or initiate planning.
- Guidance on how to begin and lead conversations about dying, legacy, and future care.
- Support in identifying values, priorities, and desired outcomes for end-of-life experiences.
Additional support may include:
- Research on local services and available end-of-life options.
- Help with identifying who to contact and when.
- Step-by-step assistance in setting up Living Wills, Medical Proxies, and Powers of Attorney.
Facing these topics does not mean giving up—it means taking ownership of your voice, your wishes, and your legacy. With compassionate, experienced support, you can approach these conversations with strength and clarity.
