Navigational Planning Sessions are designed for cancer previvors, patients, thrivers, and caregivers who need support with a specific concern. Each session uses evidence-based communication strategies to reduce stress, improve communication, and empower self-advocacy.

- One personalized 60-minute or 90-minute session, depending on complexity.
- Strategic planning for an upcoming medical appointment or critical conversation.
