Offering

This is a service created specifically for caregivers—to offer space for reflection, planning, and support. Whether you are a professional caregiver or caring for someone you love, the demands can be overwhelming. As an advocate and communication coach, I understand the emotional toll and the systemic barriers caregivers often face. These sessions are designed to support you—your needs, your voice, and your ability to continue showing up with compassion.

What to Expect:

In each 60-minute session, we will:

  • Brainstorm ways you can best support your loved one or patient.
  • Discuss (guilt-free) frustrations and concerns, including healthcare system barriers or difficult conversations you are unable to have right now.
  • Create a plan of action and reflect on steps previously taken.

No matter how we use our time together, the focus will always be on making sure you feel supported and heard. You are not alone.

Benefits of Caregiver Support Sessions:

  • Space to ask questions without judgment.
  • A safe environment to process emotions and challenges.
  • A guided path forward with concrete tools and validation.

Caregiving is a taxing and sometimes isolating role, but you do not have to carry the weight alone. These sessions are here to help lighten the load.
