GIFTT+ Mentorship (Guidance, Inspiration & Fitness Through Treatment and beyond) is a personalized program designed to support individuals undergoing cancer treatment or in recovery. Created by Carly Fauth, a triple-negative breast cancer survivor and fitness expert, this mentorship focuses on integrating movement into the healing process.

Personalized Fitness Support:

Engaging in regular physical activity during and after cancer treatment has been shown to offer numerous benefits. Exercise can reduce fatigue, improve physical function, enhance quality of life, and potentially increase survival rates. Incorporating movement into your routine may also alleviate anxiety and depression, boost energy levels, and help manage treatment-related side effects.

Program Options:

  • Single GIFTT+ Session: A 45-minute personalized session addressing your unique concerns and fitness goals. You'll receive a recording of the conversation and a customized workout plan with three FitFunCarly workouts, accessible for a full year. Price: $99.00.
  • The GIFTT+ That Keeps on Giving: This package includes everything in the single session, plus five follow-up support sessions to be scheduled at your convenience during or after treatment. Each session provides an updated workout plan with three new workouts, with access to all classes for a year. Price: $399.00.

Empower yourself with the gift of strength and resilience. Let's move forward together—one step, stretch, or breath at a time.
