The Moving Forward program focuses on building resilience, fostering emotional well-being, and empowering teens to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and strength. Through tailored coaching sessions, participants will:
Manage Anxiety: Learn practical strategies to reduce worry, calm the mind, and regain a sense of control.
Process Grief: Explore healthy ways to cope with loss, change, and uncertainty, fostering emotional healing.
Overcome Negativity: Develop tools to combat depression and reframe negative thought patterns, promoting a positive outlook.
Build Resilience: Strengthen emotional and mental resilience to face challenges with confidence and determination.
What’s Included
This 12-week journey is thoughtfully designed to provide consistent support and lasting impact. Each session 1-hr session includes:
Personalized Coaching: One-on-one sessions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each participant.
Evidence-Based Techniques: Incorporating proven methods such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and emotional regulation strategies.
Goal Setting and Progress Tracking: Structured guidance to set meaningful goals and track progress throughout the program.
Ongoing Support: If the desired transformation is not achieved within 12 weeks, coaching will continue until progress is evident.
