Offering

This transformative program offers four (4), 60-minute telehealth sessions designed to provide powerful energy psychology and energy medicine tools to shift your nervous system from a fight-or-flight response to a state of deep relaxation. These evidence-based techniques, combined with embodiment meditation practices, help reduce stress and anxiety quickly and gently, offering crucial support for individuals navigating the challenges of cancer treatment and recovery.

Cancer patients often face significant physical and emotional stress, including anxiety, fear, and the lasting impact of treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. This program is specifically designed to empower cancer patients with techniques that help manage stress, foster emotional resilience, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

What You Will Learn

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT):
An evidence-based therapy that uses acupressure tapping to rapidly and gently release stress and anxiety, helping to alleviate emotional distress often associated with cancer diagnosis and treatment.

  • Cook's Hook Up:
An energy medicine technique that calms the nervous system, reducing dysregulation caused by treatment-related anxiety or trauma, and promoting a state of deep relaxation.

  • Instant Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy:
A method that works with the unconscious mind to provide immediate relief from stress and anxiety, helping patients process and release emotional burdens.

  • Quick Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy:
This technique focuses on the body’s energy centers (chakras) to gently and effectively release stress, restore balance, and promote physical and emotional healing.

  • Embodiment Meditation Practices:
Guided meditations connect you deeply with your body, fostering a sense of grounding and relaxation. These meditations are particularly helpful for managing the physical and emotional toll of cancer treatment and recovery. Recordings are provided for continued practice.

Program Features

  • Four (4), 60-Minute Sessions: Each session builds upon the last, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • Session Recordings: Revisit techniques anytime with recorded sessions.

  • Comprehensive PDF Resources: Receive detailed guides for continued self-empowerment and practice.

How This Can Help
This program provides tools to:

  • Alleviate treatment-related stress and anxiety.

  • Promote relaxation and emotional balance during challenging times.
