Subtle Movements Yoga
Lisa Fein became a yoga instructor in her early 50s, finding it an enormous benefit after decades spent staying physically fit by going to the gym every day. Upon discovering yoga, she instantly recognized that it was different. Yoga transcends the physical and offers a greater connection between mind, body, and spirit. As Lisa delved deeper into her practice, teaching over 1,500 classes to people of all ages, it confirmed her belief that you don't need to practice fancy headstands to benefit from yoga. The asanas, regardless of their simplicity or complexity, are merely a gateway to what lies beyond. Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, we can tap into our own wellness powerhouse. Yoga can serve as a tool to support individuals on their cancer journey, offering the ability to find rest, build strength and resilience, and manage pain. The journey begins with the first breath.

Find your fierce, as yoga fosters well-being and strength, empowering you to connect with your inner courage. By gently building physical stamina and promoting self-compassion, yoga can help cancer patients regain a sense of control and confidence, promoting emotional and physical recovery.
