During the Session: Relax in a quiet, comfortable space while Linda sends Reiki energy remotely. You may feel warmth, lightness, or a sense of peace, or simply experience relaxation.
Post-Session Debrief: After the session, Linda will reconnect with you to discuss your experience, provide integration guidance, and offer tailored follow-up recommendations.
Special Offering for Procedure Support
If you are undergoing surgery or a medical procedure, Reiki can support your healing. Linda will connect with you beforehand to prepare and send Reiki during the procedure to promote calm and recovery.
