Offering

Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation can be life-saving—but they often leave behind physical challenges that linger long after treatment ends. If you are navigating the aftereffects of breast cancer, you may be coping with issues such as tissue adhesions, postural shifts, swelling, neuropathy, or Axillary Web Syndrome (also known as “cording”). These changes can impact your mobility, comfort, and confidence in daily life.

This 60-minute restorative massage session is designed specifically to support individuals healing from breast cancer and its treatments. Using gentle, therapeutic techniques, our focus is on helping your body recover with more ease and less discomfort. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may include:

  • Targeted massage and stretching to ease tightness, reduce discomfort, and increase range of motion in the shoulders, chest, and trunk.
  • Manual therapy to support healthy scar formation and reduce adhesions, particularly around surgical sites and radiation-affected areas.
  • Gentle lymphatic techniques to address post-surgical swelling and support circulation.
  • Supportive work for Axillary Web Syndrome, helping to release tight cords and restore ease of movement.
  • Pain and neuropathy relief through techniques that calm the nervous system and promote overall relaxation.

Whether you are preparing for surgery, recovering from reconstruction, or seeking comfort years into survivorship, this session is here to meet you where you are. Every body heals differently—and every session is designed with compassion, respect, and your goals in mind.

You deserve to feel at home in your body again. Let this offering be a safe, supportive step on your journey toward healing, relief, and renewed movement.
