Offering
This program offers a variety of yoga styles tailored to meet your individual needs, whether you are seeking strength, relaxation, stress relief, or a deeper connection to your body and mind. These sessions can be offered privately or in a group setting and are designed to enhance overall well-being, promote healing, and support your journey to better health.
Alignment Foundations
Perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their practice, this style focuses on learning safe yoga techniques and mastering poses with proper body alignment. By establishing a strong foundation, you can deepen your connection to your body and develop your yoga practice with confidence and ease.
Vinyasa Yoga
This all-levels vinyasa practice offers a dynamic, flowing sequence that integrates breath and movement. You will build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance endurance while testing your alignment knowledge. Modifications are provided to ensure accessibility and success for every participant.
Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga
Begin with 30 minutes of a powerful vinyasa flow to build core strength, balance, and precision of movement. Then, shift into restorative yoga postures designed to calm the mind and relax the body, offering the perfect blend of activity and rest.
Yin & Restorative Yoga
Spend the first 30 minutes in the meditative practice of yin yoga, holding poses for several minutes to target connective tissues like tendons and ligaments. The second half transitions to restorative yoga, relieving physical tension and encouraging a deeply relaxed state.
Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra
This practice combines restful postures with guided Yoga Nidra scripts to calm the mind, bring awareness to the body, and promote mindfulness. Through sense withdrawal (pratyahara), your nervous system resets, and the production of delta and theta brainwaves fosters cellular healing.
Benefits for Cancer Patients
Yoga is a powerful complementary practice for cancer patients, addressing physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Restorative and gentle practices help calm the nervous system, reduce pain, and alleviate stress, while vinyasa and yin yoga support strength, flexibility, and energy rebuilding.
Each session is designed with care and intention to meet your specific goals, providing tools for healing and self-discovery. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these offerings support a holistic approach to wellness and resilience.
