Let’s face it, if you are on this site, you are likely in the midst of a life-changing experience. A cancer diagnosis or treatment journey can activate past experiences and emotions related to body autonomy, loss of control, and health concerns. This can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from your sense of self. Many of my clients use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to address these challenges. EMDR helps to change limiting beliefs, decrease emotional triggers, and reprocess old narratives, allowing for the integration of new, adaptive perspectives. This process fosters a deeper connection with authenticity and intrinsic worth, helping you feel empowered and grounded.
Weekly therapy is a valuable resource, but it can be time-consuming. What can typically take over a month of weekly one-hour appointments can often be achieved in just one extended EMDR experience. With cancer and other life-altering circumstances, time becomes a critical factor, and prolonged suffering is something no one should endure.
This package is designed to make the most of your time and provide meaningful relief. It includes:
A 90-minute intake consultation: We will review your history, identify areas for focus, and teach you practical skills and resources to support you during reprocessing and beyond.
Two days of two-hour reprocessing work: These guided experiences focus on releasing and reframing painful memories, reducing emotional distress, and fostering healing and resilience.
A 90-minute follow-up meeting: This is designed to ensure the integration of new insights, provide additional support, and help you plan for the future.
You’ll also receive a personalized workbook filled with exercises, affirmations, and resources to guide you through the process and provide ongoing support.
You have two options for these sessions:
Weekday Option: $1,300
Weekend Option: $1,700
Whichever option suits your schedule and needs, please select the corresponding package. This offering is ideal for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers who want to address emotional distress, manage triggers, and reconnect with a sense of control and empowerment. By transforming old narratives and reducing emotional overwhelm, you can create a stronger foundation for healing and well-being.
