Offering

A dedicated space to talk through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, identity, relationships, and major life changes at your own pace. For people affected by cancer, therapy may also provide support while navigating diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, caregiving, changes in identity or body image, uncertainty about the future, and the emotional impact cancer can have on everyday life and relationships.

Individual therapy is tailored to your goals and may draw on narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and creative approaches such as art and Geek Therapy, according to your interests and needs.

Each purchase includes one 45-minute individual therapy appointment with Ariel Landrum, licensed marriage and family therapist. Sessions are provided by telehealth, with appointments coordinated as needed.

Therapy begins with a discussion of your concerns, goals, and whether the service is a good fit. Depending on your needs, sessions may support coping skills, emotional expression, adjustment to change, communication, relationships, identity, grief, stress management, and creating space to process experiences that may feel difficult to manage alone.

This offering may be appropriate for cancer previvors, patients, thrivers, and caregivers seeking emotional support related to cancer or other significant life experiences. It is not a substitute for medical care, and progress and outcomes vary.
