I’m a Cancer Coach with professional and personal knowledge about cancer & integrative cancer care approaches for the whole person. The goals are to improve the quality of life, cancer survival, and cancer prevention.
Every cancer journey is unique. My cancer coaching is focused on cancer. Consistently, central to my purpose is supporting the ‘whole’ person. Integrative Cancer Care for the Whole Person includes the physical body, mind-body connection, spiritual vitality, social support, and a cleaner environment. These topics are shown through scientific research. These strategies help you feel better and live longer.
The first consultation comprises a thorough review of your questionnaire, some in-depth research and preparation, and 90-minutes (select the corresponding price point) together in which I learn more about who you are, your unique situation, and where we begin the foundation for a plan, teams, and self-care strategies. Additional sessions are 60-minutes (select the corresponding price point). Areas of focus might include hospitals, oncologists, treatments, clinical trials, other testing, integrative treatments with practitioners, clinics, specific self-care strategies, body, mind, spirit, social, and environmental health and healing, brain health, behavioral transformation tools, cancer financial assistance, and many other topics.
Diagnosed with a brain tumor in 1998, I had several cancer treatments in my journey, including three awake brain surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy, and clinical trials, especially cancer immunotherapy with a dendritic cell-based vaccine. I also learned in 2018 that I had a genetic mutation from family history. As a result, I need to acquire colonoscopies annually, have had two endometrial surgeries, and a hysterotomy. I have found ways to live and thrive. Additionally, I discovered my meaning and purpose to be a cancer coach for patients and caregivers, a consultant, and a speaker. I have received testimonials from New York Times best-selling authors, leading physicians, advocates, film industry professionals, cancer survivors, caregivers, and many others.
My professional work includes national government agencies, cancer and healthcare non-profits, hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, businesses, cancer patients, caregivers, and the public. I aspire to help the human good, especially those affected by cancer.
