Offering

Reiki is a gentle complementary wellness practice that promotes relaxation and supports the body's natural ability to manage stress. During a Reiki session, the practitioner uses light touch or hands positioned just above the body while the client rests comfortably on a massage table in a quiet environment. Many people undergoing cancer treatment experience increased stress, anxiety, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and emotional overwhelm. Research suggests that Reiki may help promote relaxation, decrease anxiety, improve perceived well-being, and support quality of life when used alongside conventional medical care. Sessions are individualized and designed to create a calm, restorative experience. Soft bolstering, blankets, and positioning modifications are available to accommodate surgical sites, ports, limited mobility, or treatment-related discomfort. Appointments are available in 30-, 45- and 60-minute sessions and may be especially beneficial for clients who are unable to tolerate traditional massage or who prefer minimal physical contact. Reiki is provided as a complementary wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. The focus of each session is creating a peaceful environment that allows clients to rest, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of comfort during their healing journey.
